If you would like to return any items purchased online at Hoskings you are welcome to take the items into any Hoskings store, where our team members will be able to assist you with an exchange, credit note or refund. Please note that refunds for online purchases can be returned in-store but must be processed online. Your refund will be processed during office hours on the next business day (Monday to Friday, 8.30am until 5.00pm).
If your online payment method is no longer valid, your refund may be processed as a Hoskings E-Gift card.
Alternatively, if you can’t return the item in-store, you can contact our customer service team to initiate the return via Australia Post. Then we’ll ask you to send the items directly to our address as listed below. We’ll contact you to confirm your refund as soon as the items arrive in our warehouse.
