Once you’ve placed your order it can take up to 7 business days to arrive. You can track your order using the tracking number provided by the delivery service. If there are no updates available online, or there seems to be a delay, please contact the delivery service and quote your tracking number to help them to investigate the reason for delay.
If the delivery service is unable to assist, please advise our customer service team of your order number and tracking number and we will endeavour to resolve the delivery issues.
